Parking & Getting Here

🚗 Parking Options at Guzzetta Hall

Free Weekend & Evening Street Parking: Street parking along Buchtel Ave and surrounding campus streets is generally free after 6:00 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends.
University Campus Lots & Garages: The deck and nearby campus surface lots offer parking steps from the lobby entrance.
- How to Pay for Campus Lots: University parking lots utilize the Text-to-Pay system. Follow the posted signage upon parking to text the zone number and pay securely on your phone (typically $2–$5).
- For Shows: Please note that Lot 26 is available for FREE during our performances. However, if there is an event at EJ Thomas, they will charge for parking.

Arrival & Showtimes

When Do Doors Open?
The lobby and box office open 60 minutes before showtime. House doors (auditorium seating) open 30 minutes prior to performance start.
Late Seating Policy:
Performances begin promptly. To avoid disruption to performers and other audience members, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager during an appropriate break in the show.
Tickets & Check-In:
Digital tickets on your phone or printed email confirmations are both accepted. See the Box Office upon arrival for check in.

Accessibility & Comfort

We are committed to making our performances accessible and comfortable for all guests:

Wheelchair & Mobility Seating: Guzzetta Hall features accessible entrances, elevators, and dedicated wheelchair/companion seating. Please notify us when booking your ticket so we can ensure optimal placement.
Assistive Listening: at this time, RCT does not have an assistive listening system. If you are intertested in donating towards one, please email dane@rubbercitytheatre.com.
Content Advisories: We provide runtime details and content guidance on each show's individual event page. If you have specific questions about lighting effects (strobe) or loud sound cues, feel free to ask an usher or member of the box office!

Box Office Policies

Refusal of Service

Rubber City Theatre works very hard to accommodate all of its patrons and strives to give each patron the best experience possible. If you are found to be demonstrating excessive rudeness (ie; using profanity towards staff, harassing/ heckling the staff, threatening the health and well being of a staff member or other patrons, or any other behavior deemed unruly by an RCT employee) we reserve the right to remove you from the premises with no refund.

Unused Tickets

Rubber City Theatre will not issue a refund for unused or unwanted tickets.

Inclement Weather

Rubber City Theatre will not issue a refund for inclement weather.

Technology Use During Performances

The use of cell phones or other technology deemed distracting or disruptive may not be used during a performance. Patrons found using these items may be removed without refund.

Holds

We do not “hold”/reserve tickets.

Waitlist

We do not keep a waitlist. If you arrive and wish to remain at the box office for any unclaimed tickets, you may do so.

Unclaimed Tickets

Any unclaimed tickets after 15 minutes of curtain will be resold at the discretion of the box office/house manager.
