Rental of the Venue

Information about Rubber City Theatre space rental policies and rates can be found below.
An official request (below) must be submitted through our website. Any issues, please email Business@rubbercitytheatre.com. Requests need to be received at least two weeks prior to the requested rental date, however it is recommended to submit the request as far in advance as possible so as to confirm availability.
Upon approval of the rental by the Artistic Director, a Rental Agreement will be prepared and must be signed by an authorized representative of the requesting party.
A 50% non-refundable deposit and proof of insurance are required to hold the rental booking.
Payment in full is due no later than one week prior to the event.
Your event may require a refundable security deposit to ensure the protection of the space, price determined by your usage requirements.
